Privacy Policy

In short: without an account we keep nothing about you except short-lived server logs and the settings stored in your own browser. With an account we keep your email, username, a password hash and your game progress. We do not sell your data. A Google Ads tag measures sign-ups and does not load when your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
1. Who is responsible

2. Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, Inc. Game and account data are stored on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the time, the address you opened and your browser type to deliver the page and block attacks. Logs are deleted within 30 days.
3. Your account (optional)
If you create an account we store your email address, username, a password hash (PBKDF2), the time you signed up, your coin balance, rounds played, favorites, recently played games, settings, bonus history and session tokens. To limit abuse, such as too many sign-ups or welcome shells from one network, we briefly keep a shortened form of your IP address; these counters are deleted after 24 hours. We delete account data within 30 days of your request, and accounts unused for 24 months.
4. Data stored in your browser
The site uses your browser's storage (localStorage, sessionStorage and one cookie) only for features you use:

This data stays in your browser and is not sent to anyone. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
5. Advertising: Google Ads conversion measurement
We advertise Otto Spins on Google Ads. To learn whether an ad led to a sign-up, the site can load the Google Ads conversion tag from Google LLC. The tag sets cookies and sends data such as a shortened IP address, browser type and an ad click ID to Google. We do not use remarketing or personalized ads on the site. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, the tag does not load. You can also block it with your browser's cookie settings or opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Contact form and email
When you write to us we use your name, email address and message only to answer you. We delete messages no later than 12 months after the conversation ends.
7. Who receives data
Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Google (conversion measurement, only when the tag loads). We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out signal. To use your rights, email info@ottospins.com. We will not treat you differently for using them. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.
9. Age
The Service is only for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and never from children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 21, we delete it and its data.
10. Security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, the site uses HTTPS, and access to the database is limited to the service itself.
11. Changes
We update this policy when the Service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
