1. Who we are

This website (the "Service") is operated by Adenira s.r.o., Klivarova 354/7, Háje, 149 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic ("we", "us"). These Terms apply whenever you use the Service, with or without an account. You can reach us at info@ottospins.com or through the contact form.

2. Who can play

The Service is only for adults who live in the United States. You must be at least 21 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The Service is not available to residents of Washington State. By using the Service or creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements. Where the Service is prohibited by law it is void. If we learn that a player does not meet these requirements, we close the account and delete its personal data.

3. A social casino, not gambling

• All games are simulated casino-style games for entertainment only.
• The Service does not offer real money gambling and gives no opportunity to win money, prizes, goods, services or anything else of value.
• The Service is not a sweepstakes or a contest, and nothing on it can be bought.
• Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.

4. Virtual coins

• Coins are a counter inside the games. You get them for free: a starting balance, a recurring coin bonus, a daily login streak, level rewards and a free top-up when your balance runs low.
• Coins cannot be bought. The Service has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid features.
• Coins have no cash value, are not your property and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, traded or redeemed for money, prizes or anything of value.
• We may change, reset or remove coin balances, bonuses and game rules at any time, and this gives no one a claim against us.

4a. Welcome shells

Visitors without an account can open one of three welcome shells once per browser. Every shell holds a random number of extra bonus coins, and the odds are listed under the shells. The bonus coins are added, on top of the 10,000 welcome coins, when an account is created in the same browser within 7 days. Bonus coins are free virtual coins with no cash value. Each network can open at most 5 shells per day, and shells opened by getting around this limit may be removed.

5. Games and results

Game results come from a random number generator. The average return shown on each game page describes virtual coins over a very large number of rounds and is not a promise for any session. We may change, add or remove games at any time.

6. Advertising

We promote the Service through Google Ads and similar channels. The Service itself shows no third-party ads and no links to real money gambling. Details about ad measurement are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Responsible play

Our Responsible Play page has a time reminder, a play break and free help lines. We encourage you to keep an eye on the time you spend playing.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only personally and for private entertainment. In particular you may not use bots, scripts or other automated access, get around technical limits such as the welcome shells, exploit bugs, run several accounts, or post abusive, unlawful or promotional content in the contact form or guestbook. If you do, we may suspend or delete your account.

8a. Accounts

An account is optional and free. Keep your password secret. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@ottospins.com; we do so within 30 days. We may delete accounts that have not been used for 24 months.

9. Intellectual property

All games, names, artwork, text and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal entertainment.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is free and provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind and are not liable for lost data, lost coins, interruptions or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to 50 US dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. We tell registered players about important changes by email or a notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect.

12. Governing law and complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your state of residence. Please send complaints to info@ottospins.com first; we reply within 30 days. If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in effect.
